Reviews and Ratings
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, perfect for a family with two single beds for parents in a family room even though I requested a quiet room during booking. The service was exceptional, with staff being helpful, welcoming, and hard-working despite personal comments from one receptionist. The location was convenient with easy access to the bus stop for a quick commute to the center, although having a car would make it even better. The dining experience offered a good variety but could benefit from more diversity, especially for longer stays.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag, ranging from very cold upon arrival to others being too hot due to tricky air conditioning. The service was a hit-and-miss, with various staff members showing different levels of friendliness and attentiveness. The location worked well for our plans, even though it was a bit far from both the airport and the center of Brussels. Dining left a lot to be desired, lacking variety and traditional Belgian treats. However, the facilities were decent enough to ensure a somewhat pleasant stay.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with a pleasant smell and overall cleanliness, although lacking some conveniences. However, the room temperature was not optimal for a good night's sleep until late. The service was good and friendly, except for a rushed checkout despite half-full occupancy. The hotel's location is inconvenient with limited public transport connectivity, but was suitable for visiting friends. The dining experience was decent but overpriced, with cold temperatures due to heating issues. The facilities were sufficient but lacked some features.
The hotel offers very nice and well-furnished single-bed rooms that had some initial issues with temperature but were promptly fixed. The service is friendly but a bit overworked, and the location is a bit far from the city center, more suitable for those with their own transportation. The dining experience, while good, is considered overpriced for the quality offered.
I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for over 5 years, visiting around 10 to 20 times a year. The rooms are perfect, quiet, and lack tea making facilities, but unfortunately, the internet is charged. The restaurant staff are excellent, and the food is always fantastic, but the counter staff can be quite unprofessional.
